You know, Batman Forever would be a decent movie if they removed Riddler.
It's a bunch of bullshit that isn't needed. Just Tommy Lee Jones as Two Face and it would've been wonderful.
Also the Gotham that is depicted in Forever/B&R is fucking awesome. More along the lines of Burtons Gotham. Fuck Nolans modern Gotham. Fuck it. His movies are decent but we need a new Batman that is more comicy and less MODERN APPEALS OMG. If they made The Killing Joke or RIP into a movie they'd be brilliant. But I HIGHLY doubt we'll see another movie with Joker in it that isn't animated. Val Kilmer does a good Batman. Not RASPYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Bale but more comic like. He plays a smart man. Not rasp and beat shit up Batman.

What the fuck all Two-Face does is laugh like an idiot for the entire movie and do whatever Riddler tells him to do so how the FUCK could they do the movie without Jim Carrey's great performance.
Furthermore I'll take Nolan's realistic Gotham over Schumaker's glitzy homoerotic faggoty neon painted Gotham any day, with bat nipples and fucking face-painted thugs running around. Plus BF/B&R's Gotham is NOTHING LIKE Tim Burton's Gotham, which was gothic and dark, not glitzy and gay.
/endrant.

FUCK Christian Bale!
he tries too goddamn hard to be intimidating with that STUPID fucking voice. when he tries to intimidate someone it comes out sounding like he's trying to push out a log, and how the fuck can you have a batman who is 4 feet tall?! He's three inches away from being a midget! Bale is the worst batman ever and these new movies are HIGHLY overrated. The only reason the dark knight was a success was because Broke back Leger had an overdose on pussy pills when it was done. it sucked and he sucked as the joker.
give me Burton's Batman movies ANY day

Umm Christian Bale is the greatest actor of our generation. He can play anything. Just watch The Machinist, Rescue Dawn, Swing Kids, The Prestige, Harsh Times, etc. etc. etc. etc.
Burton's Batman films are great, I love them, but I like Nolan's more because they're more realistic and grounded in reality unlike Batman '89 where Joker can pull giant ass guns out of his pant leg.
.. And how the hell could Christian Bale be a worse Batman than George Clooney? Or Val Kilmer? Or Adam West? .. I won't say anything about Michael Keaton 'cause I <3 Him but still.
I don't really like Heath Ledger but I liked the Joker character more than Jack Nicholson or Caesar Romero's Jokers because Jack Nicholson was just playing himself with make-up on and anything from Batman 1966 sucks. Mark Hammil is probably the best Joker.

I agree that Christian Bale is one of the greatest actors of our time. I own three out of the five films Jordan mentioned, and I've seen four of the five that Jordan mentioned. I haven't seen The Machinist but I would like too, and I really like Bale as Batman, and Ledger I like as Joker too but I do really like Mark Hammil as Joker as well. He defined the Joker.
Also Jim Carrey was a good Riddler, and Tommy Lee Jones sucked ass as Two-Face, and I like the Burton films as well, and also Clooney can suck my hairy white ball sack.

ok...yeah I got kinda worked up...I kinda liked Clooney as Batman I think he was just just in the wrong movie at the wrong time.
and Bale is an such an arrogant Pre-Madonna, he's not as good as an actor as he thinks he is (see his rant on the set of Terminator: Salvation) and he just doesn't do it for me as Batman. The voice, the Suit, everything just seems off...kinda like he's just a guy at a cosplay convention dressing up as batman. and I can't get over the fact that he's under 5 feet tall...that doesn't make an intimidating batman to me.
Keaton was the best Batman simply because he didn't have to do a stupid voice or try to be intimidating...he just was. He had this smartass smile that would scare the shit outta anyone.
Jack Nicholson was a waaaaay better joker (minus the make-up job) because he LOOKED like the Joker. Ledger just looked like some kid who got into grandma's make-up drawer, and while Ledgers jokers agenda was to promote anarchy and chaos Jack's Joker's agenda WAS anarchy and chaos.
the only thing I like about the Nolan Batman movies was two-face. lol
